Delivering Care with Compassion
BLNRC’s licensed skilled care beds are distributed within 4 neighborhood-like settings: Harmony, Legacy, Pineview & Wheatland.
Quality staff who are trained to meet the individual needs of our residents can be found in each neighborhood. Ongoing training in a variety of areas, including memory care, ensures our staff stay up to date on care practices for specialized, personal care. All interactions with each resident are based on sensory capacity, cognitive ability, functional level and individual interests.
Care Partners assigned to the individual neighborhoods include Nursing, Social Services, Activities, Housekeeping and Laundry. Additional support staff include Rehabilitation Therapy, Nutritional Services, Environmental Services and Administration. Each neighborhood has its own dining area and care station with décor that is specific to each area.
